Best League of Legends Pro Players Who Have Never Won Worlds

Some of the best League of Legends players of all time don’t have the World Championship, which is a very important prize.

Pro League of Legends players are often judged on how many trophies they have and, most importantly, if they have ever won the World Championship, which is the most prestigious prize. Many people have now won the award, and a small number of them have done it more than once. However, others have come very close and are just as important. Winning trophies is just one way to measure success. Other ways include knowing how the game works, how to lead, and how those things affect the game.

Some of the best players of all time have just been unlucky in their attempts to win the title. This could be because of a bad meta, a bad team dynamic, or something else that kept them from hitting the heights they could have on paper. Here are a few professional League of Legends players who deserve a lot more praise than their tournament records show.

Peanut

Some fans say Peanut has already reached his best, but after winning the LCK Spring 2023 with GenG for the second split in a row, it’s clear he has no plans to slow down. He has been on some of the most successful League of Legends teams, winning an MSI title and making it to the semi-finals of the Worlds twice, but he has never won the World Title.

Peanut has always been a jungler for his team. He is best at getting his lanes ahead instead of carrying himself, which can have a small effect on his stats. He did a lot to make Morgana jungle popular, even after she was nerfed, and Poppy popular in recent years. Poppy is still a strong pick in the right situations even now.

Hylissang

Hylissang, who has been a support player in the LEC for a long time and has spent a lot of his career with Fnatic, might be the most controversial person on this list. He has been in the LEC for a long time. He was the first player to reach 4,000 assists, the second to reach 500 games, and the third to reach 300 wins. In 2018, he won two EU LCS titles.

Fans have different opinions about The Professor’s high-risk, high-reward style of play, which can look a little strange when it doesn’t work out. But it’s important to remember that, for a few years, his creativity and skill made him a candidate for the best support in the world, and he hasn’t lost his spark.

PraY

Many people think that PraY should have won a World Title, and they are right. He has been to the World Championships 5 times, and each time he has lost to the eventual winner. He has lost to SKT three times, TPA once, and SSG once. Each time, TPA and SSG have given outstanding carry efforts.

He is definitely in the running for the title of best ADC of all time, and he has won a number of other very impressive awards. He is the first person to win the LCK with three different teams and the second person, after Faker, to get to 1500 LCK kills. Now that he has retired, he will always be known as one of the best, but he won’t win the most important award.

Knight

Since 2019, Knight has been thought of as one of the best midlaners in the world, thanks to his steady 1v9 play on Top Esports and now with JD Gaming. He has now won back-to-back LPL regular splits with two different teams. The JDG superteam is going to have a big effect on the international scene, something that Knight hasn’t been able to do since he made the Worlds semifinals with TES in 2020.

Knight has been on an LPL All-Pro team in almost every split since 2019. He got to 2,000 LPL kills in the second-fewest games after Uzi, which is a huge accomplishment for any mid-laner. He has the skills to win the World Championship if he has the right team behind him. It’s possible that JDG is that team.

Kiin

Kiin doesn’t have a prize case like many of the other players on this list. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t one of the best. He may even be one of the best. Many of the best top laners in the last few years, like T1’s Zeus, credit their success to watching and learning from Kiin, and for good reason.

Kiin is finally on a team that is doing well, and he has been a big part of KT Rolster’s run to and through the LCK Spring 2023 playoffs, where they lost to GenG in the semi-finals. GenG went on to win the tournament, though. He deserves a lot more praise than he has gotten so far. And if he had a strong team behind him, he could make a big difference.

Xiaohu

For a change of pace, Xiaohu is one of the most successful and long-lasting League of Legends players of all time. He has a pretty amazing record in terms of how long he has been playing and how well he has done. Xiaohu is the only player to have won international titles in two different roles. He is also one of only two players, along with Ming, to have won three MSI awards and 100 international titles.

Xiaohu has been called the “Spring King” for a long time. This is because he is usually a strong player in the Spring Split, but less so in the Summer Split. This is a big reason why he has three MSI wins but none from the Worlds. His numbers show that he deserves to be on this list. And he has done more than enough to get there.

Caps

Rasmus “Caps” Winther is one of the most famous League of Legends players from the West. He has done a lot in his long career, but he has never won the World Title. Even if it was only by a small amount. Caps was the best player on the 2018 Fnatic Roster and the 2019 G2 Esports Roster. Which took the world by storm. They blew through Europe and won MSI, but FPX beat them 3-0 in the World Finals to stop them.

He is the only European player to have played in back-to-back World Finals. And shutting him down is still the most common way for teams to beat G2. Few players in the world have had as much success at home and abroad as he has. And the only thing he doesn’t have is the Worlds Trophy.

Uzi

Uzi is almost certainly the best ADC that has ever played the game. And younger fans might be surprised to learn that he has never won the World Championship. He has won an MSI title and made it to the World Finals twice in a row. But he has never crossed the finish line first.

Uzi has destroyed almost every ADC in the World in lane, and he is known around the world as one of the scariest bot laners to ever play, both in and out of Happy Wheels game. Even though he may not have won the top prize. His name will live on forever and may never be topped.

Khan

Khan became known as one of the best top laners in the game very quickly after helping his team, Longzhu Gaming, beat SKT in the LCK playoffs. Longzhu’s plan, with him as the centre of it, shook up the world of professional League of Legends so much that many of the best teams had to start over from scratch to try to copy it. This led to the rise of players like TheShy and Kiin.

Khan may have captured the spirit of League of Legends better than any other player since. And he may have had one of the biggest effects on how the game is played at the professional level. Even though he didn’t win the World Title, his reputation is still something to be proud of.
