12W Round Surface Mount LED Panel Light comes in.
It installs directly onto any flat surface, such a concrete or plasterboard. It’s supplied with all fittings and brackets, even including a transformer too.
The only thing you need to worry about it connecting to mains power, thanks to the 85-265V input. The 40mm depth allows you to hide the transformer behind the panel itself.
Once everything is in place, the 12W of energy help power a massive 1200 lumens of light – an equivalent non-LED light would use 80W to deliver the same level of brightness.
The quality of light is great too, as it has a colour rendering index (CRI) of 80 – so objects appear really close to their true colours, as if they were under natural light.
There aren’t a lot of objects that wouldn’t be lit up too, thanks to a beam angle of 120o, ensuring a wide spread of light.
IP44 rated protection allows you to use this panel light in areas with large concentrations of water – the kitchen or bathroom for example, as it can withstand splashes from any direction.
All these features aren’t short lived either – as this particular panel light has a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. If you’re using it for an average of 8 hours per day, that’s well over 15 years of use!
