- Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex
- Instructions:
- Inflate the balloons and seal the balloons tight
- Insert the balloons into the larger end of the hole in the transparent garland one by one
- To secure each balloon into place, slide to the narrow end of the hole
- Adult supervision is required
- Do not over inflate latex balloon
- Use of pump to fill with air is recommended
- Balloons are best used indoors
- Do not release helium balloons into the air
Caution: Weight helium balloons so they do not escape. Dispose of all balloon waste in your rubbish bin. Follow usage instructions carefully.
