- How it worksAfter placing your order, a unique voucher code will be sent to your indicated email address within 72 working hours. So please ensure the indicated email is correct.
- To redeem, enter the received voucher code on the Order Summary page.
- The validity of the vouchers will be for Six Months after the email is delivered.
- Daraz will send a reminder to the customers around 15 days before the voucher expiration date.
- If the customer is unable to redeem the voucher within the allocated time the voucher validity will be extended or they’ll be refunded.
- Customers must use the entire value of the voucher in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, an extra amount can be paid in cash or other payment gateways. If there is any remaining balance, the consumer will be unable to redeem the voucher.
- Daraz Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Daraz Gift Card applies to all items on Daraz, except those marked “Voucher Code not applicable on this item.” Daraz Gift Cards cannot be used for Grocery, Mother & Baby, FMCG category (Retail product only).
- Daraz Gift Card contains a secure and unique voucher code. Each voucher code is shared exclusively with the customer only via the indicated email address that the customer used to place the order.
- Once the Daraz Gift Card is sent to the customer, Daraz has no control over the use of the Gift Card, and the customer is the sole owner of the Daraz Gift Card.
- Daraz shall not be held liable for any misapplication, misuse, fraud, duplicity, embezzlement, misappropriation, or any illegal or illegitimate activity caused by the relevant Daraz Gift Card after it has been sent to the customer via their indicated email address.
- No voucher is applicable for purchasing Daraz Gift Cards
- Daraz Gift Card is only redeemable at daraz.com.bd
- Daraz Gift Card is not a cash voucher.
- Daraz Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Daraz Gift Card will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.
- Unredeemed Daraz Gift Cards will expire six months from the date of purchase.
- Daraz Gift Card can be used only once. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, any outstanding order balance must be paid using a different payment method.
- Daraz Gift Card cannot be used with another voucher in a single order at the time of checkout.
- Daraz Gift Cards can not be exchanged.
- Daraz Gift Cards are transferable.
- Daraz Gift Cards cannot be recharged/reloaded. They are for one-time use only.
- Daraz Gift Cards cannot be purchased Cash on Delivery payment options.
