Author Info: Dr. Shravan Kumar, Asstt. Professor at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, is a Personality Development trainer, Faculty Development trainer and facilitator. He has actively participated and presented papers in over 50 national and international seminars and conferences. His published books are: Technical Writing and Oral Communication, Poetry for BA Part I, and Fundamentals of Effective Communication. His six research papers have been published in international journals and eight research papers in national journals. He has established ELT@I chapter as a Chapter Head, i.e. ELT@I NCR-Greater Noida Chapter that bagged the Best Chapter Award-14 among 53 active chapters of India. He is managing editor and publisher of an online quarterly journal, The ELT Practitioner. He is National Joint Secretary of ELTAI.
