Author Info: Jugal Kishore Gupta (b. 1941 at Sri Ganganagar) obtained his Masterâs degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Rajas-than. He was subsequently awarded the Ph.D. in Social Sciences in 1978. He has one research book âSawai Jai Singhâ and nine research papers published to his credit. His articles often appear in different papers and periodicals. At present, he is Lecturer in the Department of History at Pt. J.L. Nehru Government College, Faridabad.
