Product overview:-
RE-USABLE Gel filled pack designed to provide safe and effective treatment of injuries with maximum comfort and convenience. Ideal for soft tissue injury management, sports injury, back ache, tennis elbow and migraine.
AS A COOL PACK (To Help Reduce Swelling)
Store in Freezer one hour before use
While using apply on affected area after covering the pack in a thin towel.
Remove pack for a while if application becomes uncomfortable.
AS A HOT PACK (For Temporary Relief Of Aching Muscles & Joints)
Bring pack to room temperature if already kept in freezer
Put in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Quantity of water Must be enough to immerse the pack completely
Wrap in thin towel before applying to the affected area, if Heat is bearable then only direct application.
Precautions:
1. Do not use if you have circulatory problems or low sensation of skin (e.g. Diabetic neuritis)
2. Do not use if accidental puncture in the pack. For external use only.
3. Keep away from children though the gel is tested non-toxic. Store at room temperature only.
MICROWAVE: Microwave in 10 SECOND INTERVALS. Test Temperature of pack between intervals. Knead pack to evenly distribute the heated gel. Wet pack for moist heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
