He worked as senior adviser in RAJAD PROJECT (CIDA) and is a Irrigation Management Consultant. Dr. C.S. Raghuvanshi former Professor of W.R.D.T.C. Roorkee (Uttar Pradesh) has contributed significantly in teaching and training in W.R.D.T.C. and in other institutes of WALMIES/I.M.T.I. He has contributed much in the aspects of agricultural economics and legal aspects of irrigation. He is a W.R.D.T.C. consultant in India and abroad.
