Warranty Summary: Lavilabs provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Applicable only for products purchased in India. All quality-related defects on items sold by our authorized resellers in India are covered by a 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Service Type: We provide service to our Customers in the most hassle-free way possible, hence we provide Door-to-Door service, which means customers don’t have to walk-in to any service center. All major cities are covered by courier partner to pick-up and delivery, cost will be covered by the Brand. If the customer area is non-serviceable by our courier partner, product should be sent by customer and courier cost should be covered by the customer.

Covered in Warranty: Electrical and Electronics parts are covered under warranty.

Not Covered in Warranty: Without sufficient proof of purchase. Non quality-related issues. Repairs through 3rd parties. Damage from outside sources. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly). Purchases from unauthorized resellers. If customer violates warranty terms and conditions, instruction and installation guidelines or operates the Product otherwise than as per Product specifications. If the serial number affixed on the Product is damaged, erased or tampered with or if Product is refurbished/modified. If the Product is operated in conditions otherwise than normal conditions (e.g., abnormal voltage surge, extreme environmental conditions etc.). Any harm caused due to accident, negligence, improper maintenance, mishandling, tampering, incurred in transit by the customer. Any harm resulting from any unforeseeable circumstances such as force majeure event etc. Any harm caused due to any defect in any electrical/civil installation.
