- Directions for use:
- Hot therapy: Warm each slipper in the microwave for time indicated below, dependent on the power of your microwave. Heat for additional 10 seconds
as needed until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat. Ensure each slipper is in the centre of the turn table and does not prevent rotation of microwave turntable. After taking out the slipper from microwave, gently knead the slipper to distribute the heat and put it back to cover. Not to use for longer than a period of 20 minutes. Allow the slipper to cool on a non-combustible surface after use. - Cold therapy: Simply place in a plastic bag in the freezer. Do not apply to skin for longer than 20 minutes.
