Author Info: Kanchan Prajapati, trainer in ISDC, a skill development organization, dreamt of writing stories since her early teens and made efforts to get a professional qualification in the same, but could not get through and destiny put her into the hospitality industry. She completed her four-year Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition from Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut. She worked for several years with the best companies in the industry like ITC Mughal , Agra, Set’z-DLF Emporio, The Leela, Gurgaon, The Ritz Carlton, and District 6 (German concept based microbrewery). She spent almost three years in the industry and held a specialization in pre-opening of outlets. She has also done her Master’s in Tourism Management from Annamalai University, alongside her job.
