Cooking Instructions: Take 1 measure Organo Nutri Idli mix in a Bowl and 1 measure of curd, May add chopped fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc., Mix uniformaly into smooth batter. Cover the bowl with lid and set aside for 2 min., After 2 minutes, add 1/2 measure more curd and mix well, Pour the better into idli moulds and steam for 10 min., Serve with Sambhar, Coconut and Garlic chutney.
