Do not rub the cream on the skin, allow the cream to penetrate itself, Hydrogen will be activated during skin contact. You may use dry areas that Skin Spot Cream is not applied. Don't dry your skin out. A hard and fast rule if you want good skin anyway, but important nonetheless to remember when suffering from spots.
If you 'dry' the top layer of your skin, you effectively make it harder to escape and don't help matters overall as your skin will be confused and might start overproducing oil.
Recommended for night use. Avoid areas where you used creams/ lotions/ oily products. Do not use oil-based products before application. If the skin is too dry, apply water-based or oil-free gel/serum/ toner before Skin Spot Cream (Moisture is required to produce H2).
