Payment: After service completion - you can pay through online or COD. After payment please make sure, you have received the SMS containing the money receipt.

Pricing: Prices declared are estimates and might vary depending upon distance, car model choice and availability.

Pre-requisite: For booking customer have to pay advance, and a valid photo ID(NID, Passport, Office ID).

Overtime:

Sedan - BDT 300/hr

Noah - BDT 400/hr

Hi-Ace -BDT 400/hr.

Terms & Conditions for NOCTURNAL SERVICE (10PM to 8AM)

Nocturnal service period is from 10.00pm to 8.00am

Minimum 4 Hours Lead time after service booking

In excess of BDT 500 will be charged as Emergency Support Service Charge for availing this service at Nocturnal service period

If for any reason the customer refuses to take service after order confirmation, only the Emergency Support Service Charge will be applicable

Sheba.xyz or its representatives are not liable for any direct or incidental loss or damage of the client’s property or personal security during availing the service, caused by accident, theft, burglary or any other type of incidental damages.

The client is singularly responsible for monitoring, using and supervising the activities of the resource provided by service providers.

By availing the service, the client automatically absolves SOMADHAN PLATFORM from any claims or legal/moral liabilities other than stated in the Terms of service specified by SOMADHAN PLATFORM
