• Directions for use: 
  • Gently pick up a small amount of the brow gel using the spoolie side from the No Budge Brow Applicator (Not included) and work into the back of the cap to remove excess product
  • On clean brows, brush gel through the brows using upward and outward strokes into the desired shape
