- Latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex
- Streamer assembly instructions:
- Hang string in desired location from end to end
- Unroll your first streamer to your chosen length and cut, fold over the hanging string (You can also twist the streamer at the top to secure in place)
- Repeat this step until the streamer roll is finished
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for all streamer rolls
- Balloon garland instructions:
- Inflate the balloons and seal the balloons tight.
- Insert the balloon into the larger end of the hole in the transparent garland one by one
- To secure each balloon into place, slide to the narrow end of the hole
- Adult supervision is required
- Use of pump to fill latex balloon with air is recommended
- Do not over inflate balloon
- Balloons are best used indoors
- Do not release helium balloons into the air
Caution: Weight helium balloons so they do not escape. Dispose of all balloon waste in your rubbish bin. Follow usage instructions carefully.
