Instructions: Heating Instructions Using Hot Water: Bring the water to boil, remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 3 – 8 minutes. Once the desired temperature has been achieved the pack is ready for use., Heating Instructions Using Microwave: Place the gel pack in the microwave for 30 seconds on high power (based on 600W microwave). Remove the gel pack from the microwave and knead to distribute the heat. Check that the desired temperature has been achieved, if not return to the microwave for 10 second intervals, until the desired temperature has been achieved., Cooling Instructions: Place the gel pack in freezer for 2 to 3 hours and the pack is ready for use. You can store the pack in freezer for longer as well.
