- For a moderate flow: Equates to up to 3 tampons (1 regular tampon is approx. 11G)

- How they work: Designed with four layer protection for absorption and protection against leaks during your period. Can be worn on their own, depending on your flow.

- Care instructions: Wash and wear reusable briefs. To wash: Rinse well after use in cold water until water runs clear. Then cold delicate machine wash with similar colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.
