- Directions for use:
- Cool therapy:
- Store in the refrigerator or simply place eye mask in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Apply cold mask for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Hot therapy:
- Microwave the eye mask for a maximum of 15 secs, do not overheat.
- Enjoy the weight of the mask to help relax your face.
